At The Toy Barn of Dillard, work is now underway on shared outdoor spaces that will further define the community.
Planning and preparation have begun for the pavilion and fire pit area, which will serve as a central gathering space within the development. At the same time, crews are continuing work on aprons, grading, and landscaping across the property.
With both vertical construction and site features advancing together, the overall vision for The Toy Barn of Dillard is continuing to take shape.
