In this construction update, major progress has also been made on Buildings 100 and 400 at the Toy Barn of Dillard, where concrete has now been poured and the foundations are in place.
With this milestone complete, the next phase will include steel delivery and erection, continuing the vertical progress across the site.
Building 100 offers a unique opportunity, as it has been designed to accommodate either two individual suites or a single owner looking to combine the space into one larger, expanded unit.
