Steel has officially been delivered and erected for the first garage suite building at The Toy Barn of Dillard. With the framing now in place, the next phase will include installation of windows and doors, followed by interior buildout as the first suites begin to take shape. These suites are designed with flexibility, durability, and customization in mind. Each unit will offer approximately 1,250 square feet on the main level, with the option to add a mezzanine for additional usable space. Features will include 24-foot interior clearance, a 14' × 14' automatic overhead garage door, full climate control (HVAC), LED lighting, and a 200-amp electrical panel. Suites will also include a bathroom with plumbing stub-outs for a future shower, along with stub-outs for a potential kitchenette. Owners will have the flexibility to customize interiors with build-outs such as lounge areas, workspaces, storage systems, or even integrated living space designed for extended stays. This initial building will include a model unit, giving prospective owners the opportunity to step inside and experience the space firsthand, from layout to potential customization.
