As work continues across the property, landscaping and site enhancements are also beginning to bring more character to The Toy Barn of Dillard.
Recent progress has included the installation of approximately 20 additional trees throughout the property, including Green Giant arborvitae, Nellie R. Stevens hollies, hemlocks, and Norwegian spruce. These evergreen privacy plantings and featured landscape trees will continue to mature over time while helping shape the overall feel of the community.
These additions are part of a broader landscaping vision designed to add warmth and natural character to the property, enhance privacy, and create a setting that complements and integrates with the natural beauty of the North Georgia mountains.
Additional landscaping is also planned around the central pavilion area in the coming weeks, alongside continued grading, green space improvements, and exterior site enhancements throughout the property.
