Building 200 Exterior Progress & Model Suite Underway

At The Toy Barn of Dillard, Building 200 continues to take shape as exterior work progresses. Siding has been installed, windows and doors are now in place, and stonework along the front of the building is approaching completion.
As the exterior comes together, work has begun on the interior buildout. This phase includes development of a model suite, along with construction of a mezzanine that will showcase the full potential of the space.
Each suite is designed with flexibility and customization in mind, offering approximately 1,250 square feet on the main level with the option to expand usable space with a mezzanine. Features include 24-foot interior clearance, a 14' × 14' automatic overhead garage door, full climate control (HVAC), LED lighting, and a 200-amp electrical panel.
Suites will also include a bathroom with plumbing for a future shower and provisions for a kitchenette, allowing owners to tailor interiors to their needs, whether for storage, workspace, or integrated living space designed for short-term stays.
Once complete, the model suite will provide prospective owners with the opportunity to step inside and experience the layout, scale, and customization possibilities firsthand.
