The model suite at The Toy Barn of Dillard continues moving through a major phase of construction as drywall, mezzanine framing, and interior buildout begin transforming the space into something owners can truly envision themselves using and enjoying.
Designed with approximately 1,250 square feet on the main level and 24 feet of interior clearance, each suite offers the flexibility to create additional usable space above while maintaining an open feel below.
Whether owners envision a lounge area, workshop, storage system, kitchenette, entertainment space, office, or integrated short-term stay accommodations, the suites are intentionally designed to evolve around how each owner wants to use the space.
